My directing philosophy is simple: I seek to facilitate collaboration and create work that has the ability to change an audience member’s perspective on the world and how we treat each other . A director must possess strong leadership skills and a clear, bold artistic vision, but it is equally important to recognize that no director knows everything. My job is not simply to impose a vision, but to pull the best work out of everyone involved and create a final product that incorporates their ideas while communicating a strong, universal message to the audience.
